Dr. Eplee has served on the Board since 2009. Dr. Eplee and his wife are proud to have sent all 3 of their children K-12 through USD 409! Dr. Eplee moved to Atchison after completing his Residency in Family Medicine and has practiced continuously for 37 years. His wife, Debbie, is retired from USD 409. Dr.Eplee is a family practice physician with Atchison Hospital and is a State Representative for District 63, representing Atchison and Doniphan counties.
