Do you love pears?  I do, but don’t buy them nearly enough! Did you know that pears are a great source of fiber that promotes good digestion and helps maintain a healthy heart?  There are 5 types of pears: Bartlett, Bose, Comice, Anjou, and Asian Pear. I don’t necessarily care what kind of pear I buy, just that they taste pretty good to me!  Pears don’t last more that three to five days once it has ripened unless you keep them in the refrigerator.
